PENEGRA TABLET contains Sildenafil. It is better known as the blue pill. It is an effective medicine used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Erectile dysfunction is a condition where a man is unable to achieve and/or maintain an erection adequate for sexual intercourse. This happens because of decreased blood flow due to physical injuries and certain medical conditions, or due to some psychological conditions such as anxiety, stress, depression, etc. 

Penegra 25 MG Tablet relaxes the blood vessels and helps in increasing the flow of blood to the penis. Some side effects of Penegra 25 MG Tablet include flushing (redness and feeling of warmth), headache, stomach upset, dizziness, blurred vision, etc. Usually, these side effects get resolved on their own. Consult your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a long time. 

Avoid or limit drinking alcohol during the treatment as it makes you feel dizzy. Do not drive or operate machines while you are under treatment with Penegra 25 MG Tablet.

PENEGRA 100MG TAB contains Sildenafil which belongs to the group of medicines called Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. It helps in relaxing the blood vessels and allows more blood flow to the penis.

Avoid taking heavy meals while taking 100MG TABLET, as it could delay the onset of action. Before taking PENEGRA 100MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and taking medications.

PENEGRA 100MG TABLET is not intended for use in women. It is also not suitable for use in children and adolescents (below 18 years). Inform your doctor if you experience any pain after taking PENEGRA 100MG TABLET. The most common side effects of taking PENEGRA 100MG TABLET are flushing, headache, dizziness, blurred vision, and muscle pain. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects trouble you.

HOW THE PENEGRA TABLET WORKS

PENEGRA 100MG TABLET works by blocking the effects of certain enzymes (PDE5) which limit blood flow to the penis. Therefore, it relaxes the blood vessels supplying the penis and improves blood flow and oxygen supply.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take PENEGRA 100MG as advised by your physician. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending on your age, body weight, and disease condition.

For Tablets, Capsules: Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine.

For Effervescent Tablet: Dissolve the medicine in a glass of water and then consume it immediately. Do not crush or chew the medicine.

For Oral Spray: Spray the medicine beneath the tongue.

For Oral strips or Oral jelly: Place the medicine inside the mouth until it dissolves on its own. Do not swallow crush or chew the medicine.

COMMON

• Flushing
• Indigestion
• Headache, dizziness
• Stuffy nose
• Effects on vision (light sensitivity, blurred vision, color tinge to vision, reduced sharpness of vision, or visual disturbance)

• Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (reflux of acid into the food pipe causing heartburn)
• Dry mouth

• Reduced sense of touch
• High or low blood pressure
• Rapid heartbeat
• Feeling sleepy or tired
• Pain in legs, arms, or upper parts of the stomach
• Muscle pain
• Presence of blood in semen/ urine
• Vertigo (spinning sensation)
• Ringing in the ears

RARE

• Throat tightness
• Numbness of mouth, fainting
• Temporary decrease in blood flow to the brain
• Nosebleed
• Sudden decrease or loss of hearing

Stop taking 100MG TABLET and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects such as:

• Severe allergic reaction (such as wheeziness, difficulty in breathing or dizziness, swelling of the face, lips, eyelids, or throat)
• Priapism
• Chest pain
• Severe skin reactions (blistering of skin around the mouth, genitals, or eyes, severe peeling and swelling of skin along with fever)
• Fits or seizures
